Hi, and thank you for taking the time to browse my 'About Me' page. I am just a normal guy with some spare time on my hands. I am not overly educated, but I like to think I am very professional and business-minded. I like to take time and find unique, special vintage games (if possible). I especially look for the unusual older games. I grew up in the 70's, so I remember what things looked like back then. My buying decisions are based in part upon whether or not I remember seeing this or that when I was growing up. When browsing through my inventory, I want to you be assured that EVERY item I list was hand picked for it's appearance, appeal,condition, quality and minimal use and lack of obvious abuse and mistreatment. I will list an item that has some obvious wear or has seen plenty of use. But, this is fairly rare, and the descriptions I write will make obvious mention of this. I want my buyers to have confidence that what they are bidding on is PRECISELY the way it has been described.
In the unlikely event of a problem please e-mail me first and I will attempt to put it right. Item will be posted once payment has cleared. NON EUROPEAN buyers to Email me for postage costs BEFORE purchase. NON UK buyers must pay via Paypal & only AFTER receiving an invoice with the correct postal rate. Winning buyer to pay within 4 days of auction end. I make every attempt to be very precise, accurate and specific in my descriptions. Most item(s) are posted within 48 hours AFTER funds are verified. Please Email me with any questions!
Items not meeting your expectations MAY be returned, but generally applies ONLY if I have made an egregious or completely misleading claim, an error in a listing description or cannot be simply put right. Items sold as-is. If my positive feedback is any indication, most, if not all of my buyers are completely satisfied with their purchase, with many commenting that my item descriptions are extremely descriptive and right on the money. Buy with confidence that you will be just as happy with your purchase!
Please note that unless the item has been incorrectly described or damaged the buyer who wishes to return the item must do so at the buyers expense by 1st class recorded delivery where applicable. No postage costs will be refunded unless it is my error.
Finally, if you do have an issue or qualm with any item, keep in mind that a MAJORITY of complaints or hard feeling arise from miscommunication. I value my standing here in ebay, and i do not take complaints lightly. If you find you have a disagreement with me or the way i operate, i suggest that civility reign and we solve our dispute professionally. I, personally would not like to have negative feedback without first having been given the opportunity to solve the dispute outside of ebay. i STRONGLY suggest that anyone with a problem with anything they perceive as an injustice to FIRST try to resolve the issue through direct contact (email). If you are then STILL not satisfied with my resolution, then seek a dispute resolution with ebay. If you are then STILL not satisfied, then leave me a negative feedback score. But, negative feedback should NEVER, in my opinion, be an easy first choice way out of a dispute. i hope you've gained some insight as to the way i do business here.
