Was a casual seller up until recently when I opened my own shop. This was the result of having to retire from my real job due to ill health and I needed a purpose. I have encountered quite a lot of bad customer service on Ebay and the internet as a whole and I knew and had in fact proven that I can do better. I was a professional for years and I carry my work ethic over to my Ebay selling. I take it very seriously and endeavour to make any buyers experience with me a pleasant one.

I always pay by Paypal as it suits me. However, I will take any form of payment.

I do not profit in any way from P & P. I weigh my items so I can cost P & P exactly, then add a matter of pennies for my packaging. My combined shipping rule is, pay for the heaviest item and then add 50p for each item thereafter. P & P is capped at £5 for uK customers. I dispatch items within 24 hours of receiving payment and always use 1st Class Post if possible. Insurance is for my benefit and is included in cost of P & P.

After I have sent an item I really appreciate being informed that the item has arrived. As soon as I know that all OK I will leave feedback for the buyer, whether they have left it for me or not.. However, I won't leave feedback until I have heard from the buyer that all is well, as it is only then that I consider the transaction to be over.
