International delivery can take 3 - 7 working days when shipped through Royal Mail. If products are over 2kg, they're shipped through 24hr courier. Parcels under 2kg can be accommodated with shipping prices as listed for the particular item. Heavier items are subject to increased postage cost - please email us on ebay@divineudio.co.uk for a quote prior to placing order. Ebay does not allow us to specifically price our postage to accommodate certain countries, we appreciate your understanding with regards to the above postage restrictions. Divine Audio does not make any profit on postage and shipping costs.

Please include your ebay user id and date of purchase with your return so that we may process your order quickly and efficiently. Divine Audio will not be held responsible for items damaged or lost while being returned to the company. We will refund your order + applicable shipping costs once we receive the item and it is in satisfactory condition. This refund may take up to 2 days to process. Divine Audio is not entitled to pay for your shipping costs when returning an item to us unless the item is damaged or we have sent the wrong item to you.
