Deliveries We currently don’t have the facility for customers to collect. Postage will be through Business post and prices are included in the items listing. Damage caused in transit must be signed for as damaged when the courier delivers. Failure to do so will void any refund, as we can’t recoup damages from our courier. Alternatively you are welcome to arrange your own courier to collect, however we must be notified in advance as to who will be collecting and when. We accept no responsibility for damage caused in transit by externally organised couriers. International Postage: Due to the in-accuracy of overseas shipping quotes, we would require the buyer to arrange their own shipping. We are however happy to arrange delivery on large quantities of items i.e. Container loads.

Returns & Refunds: We require all goods to be fully checked before signing for the delivery. Faulty items must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery, failure to do so will void your warranty. Items will be tested by our engineers, if found to be faulty we will firstly replace the item with a working model. If that isn’t possible we will offer a refund of the Item price (Not including the postage fees). Items that are found to be working correctly can be delivered back to the buyer at their own expense. We do not accept returns of the following products: • Items described as SOLD AS SEEN or SPARES / REPAIR • Ink and Laser Toner Cartridges • Computers with Software/Driver issues • Licenced software

Based in Somerset, we currently operate across the U.K refurbishing excess I.T equipment from Schools/Colleges and many other types of business. We have a large warehouse facility where we process the equipment for re-sale or disposal. We currently boast a 100% recycle rate, with items unsuitable for re-sale being broken down into raw materials i.e. plastics + metals. We stock large quantities of PC’s, Monitors and peripherals for re-sale within the U.K or to foreign markets. We currently sell reprocessed CRT monitors/PC’s by the 40Ft container, to other licensed brokers.
