I will only charge actual postage & packing costs so even though postage & packing costs on an item I'm selling may look high I will refund excess charges to the buyer if P+P cost is significantly lower than charged, please note that costs include more than price of stamp/s - I also charge for wrapping/envelope & my time. I now have a new policy, all my items will be shipped recorded or Special delivery depending on item cost, this is to cover me with the Royal Mail in case your item goes astray, items shipped worldwide will also be sent recorded. This will ensure you will receive an immediate refund of item price should it/they be lost or damaged in the post - if item is damaged then I will request the item be returned or a photo of the damage be sent to me before any refund is given.

I will accept returns within 7 days of my auctions ending (14 days if outside the UK) for faults which weren't pointed out at the time of sale or for the item being 'not as described' if the item isn't found to be faulty I will return the item to the winning bidder & the transaction will be complete. Refunds will only be given after item has been tested & will consist of item cost only.
