Rick the founder of Doggiestyle petwear has been involved in the pet industry for more then 40 years. And started Doggy-petwear on ebay in 2003 with a mission statement to provide our 45,000 and growing happy pets and their owners the best service with fun, useful and quality products.

We use PayPal as the primary payment method where you can use all major forms of payment. If you do not have an account they still accept credit cards on a non-member basis for payment. If you do not have a PayPal account or credit card and have no other way to pay a Postal MO can be sent, please contact me for payment details if you need to mail one.

We ship on a daily basis, and most items go out the day paid and each item shows the shipping times to your address. These are just estimates and events can change the arrival times. USPS is our primary shipper and they have a excellant track record with us. A few of our items are offered show from 2-5 days to ship. These items are usually either made to order or drop ship items that require a few extra days to process.

To simplify any item that does not work for your pet our return policy is simple we can refund the return (less postage cost). This way you can quickly locate the size/ style item that works best and purchase it to prevent any more delay in acquiring the needed item(s). Please ask for a return number for returning items and make sure they are new, clean, (hair-free) and have all the tags and packaging that came with them before shipping it back.
