I prefer to use registered post, therefore I try to charge actual postage costs only which is usually less than the actual cost. I never add-on any extras for materials, handling, and other costs - so you pay as close to the actual cost as I can estimate. I only estimate as the rates can vary, and it helps to speed-up the process.

All registered orders are accepted as returns within 14 days of receipt excluding sealed items, and non-registered items if of low-value i.e. under £15. Basically, I do my best to help out in any way I can as I am a customer myself so I know what it's like if there is a problem. If agreed, I usually refund in full including the return postage so you don't lose out. Rest assured, I only want happy customers.
