I recently started buying at estate auctions as a hobby and to make a few extra bucks. Unfortunately, I don't have the time or the patience to research each item as fully as I should, which is great for my customers.

I have a tendency to overestimate shipping costs. If I do, I WILL REFUND the difference. I ship anything that's large by parcel post, everything else is sent priority, and everything is insured.

I have a lot of stuff and very little storage. Customers buying multiple items will receive a little extra something depending on the bottom line. Incentive could be free shipping, extra items in their package, or a little money off the total cost. Also, I try to be as honest as possible in the description. If I see or feel a defect in an item, I will say so. However, I have missed a ding or two. I'm no expert, I will give my opinion whether something is vintage, but it is usually just a guess. I don't use the word antique loosely. If I list something as antique, it's because I've done the research, have documented proof, or was informed by a trusted source. Please bid with confidence, I do everything in my power to make sure every transaction is pleasant and smooth for both myself and my customers.

I'm not trying to get rich doing this. I enjoy the thrill of the find as well and finding these treasures a good home. I love to hear that an item I've sold has completed a collection or has gone to someone who has been looking for it for years. That said, I do my best to keep my prices as reasonable as possible, usually only covering cost, gas, and packing materials.
