What everyone should know about me
I am a full-time lampworker and live presently in Germany with my husband, two teenage daughters and a golden retriever. I make my glass beads at my home studio.

History/background
I am originally from Singapore, married to a German which explains why I currently reside in Germany. I am trained as a fine artist in Singapore and studied graphic design in Florida, USA, though I did not complete my degree. I am very fascinated with geometric designs and usually carry a sketchbook with me. Most of the sketches are now being transferred into designs on my glass beads.

Payment policy
Presently I can only accept Paypal - which is linked to all major credit cards, ie you can use your credit card for Paypal. All deliveries to countries within the EC are subject to 19% VAT as my business is VAT registered.

Delivery information
Ship worldwide via airmail/DHL. Please allow 7-10 working days from receipt of payment for items to reach you.

Return policy
Making beads is more than a passion for me - should you, however, are not satisfied with the beads, please contact me to your earliest convenience for us to work out the situation. I accept returns 14 days from date of receipt. I shall refund you less shipping charges after I receive my beads back in the original and undamaged condition.
