All goods are cleaned by our in-house staff and some testing (if appropriate) may have been carried out however we make no guarantees and ALL ITEMS are sold as used, refurbished and untested unless otherwise stated. All hard drives have been thoroughly processed by data wiping (and testing) software. We now have a fully qualified PAT tester on site and our goal will be to Safety PAT test all items where there is a high possibility of purchase for home use. All profit goes to our parent charity (no.515918)

At this time we can only accept PAYPAL or credit card payments through your PAYPAL account - we kindly request that you settle your invoice within 3 days. Postal orders may be accommodated please contact us to seek advice. Cash payments accepted for local pick-up. Cash payments by post are NOT acceptable. Once payment is received, we will usually ship within 2 working days (Note: eBay shop is staffed Monday to Thursday only).

100% of all sale price goes to the charity. Our P&P costs are calculated to cover our actual costs only. Where possible we will re-use packing material to reduce on environmental impact.

The following conditions apply for refund: 1. The item must be returned within 7 working days of the date you received it. 2. Returned items must be in the original condition and packing, not worn or altered and should be returned with all original documents. 3. In case of a defect, please contact us so a return number can be issued and a replacement or refund will be sent as soon as we can verify that the defective part was returned. 4. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs & insurance and we will make a replacement or credit depends on our inventory. Returned units found to be in working order will be returned at buyer expense. Shipping, Handling, Insurance charges are not refundable. If buyer decides to take a refund for incompatible items - a GBP 6.00 fee per piece will be taken on top of the refund amount for admin charges.
