After years of staging the houses we buy,fix & sell & being told over & over again that we had the EYE, we decided to let the Ebay shoppers decide. We consign, buy, and hunt estate sales for the unique, the rare & the show stoppers, Interested?

Consignments, urban necessities, items of whimsy, Disneyana, things made with craftsmanship and pride, things we always wanted to have, enjoy for a brief time and then pass on to friends we will never meet and of course rarities from all over the world. We love things made on the right side of the 50's from the last century.

We buy all manner of high tech toys, computer equipment, printer ink, cameras, presents for friends and family, work clothes, household accessories. We are definitely ONLINE. No mall rats here.

We cherish California wines, memories and good times with good friends. We much prefer entertaining at home to going out. Our home reflects our business and our passions. Doug and I like to surround ourselves with casual elegance and things from the past when workmanship and quality were simply expected and when things were taken care of cherished and passed on from generation to generation. We are eclectic, don't have one single style or era that defines us. Our friends and associates are always surprised by what they find in our home, as it is where we live, work and express ourselves. I said I would always love to live in a casual, eclectic, collectible and antique store, now I do!

I'd work for myself, as I am the toughest boss anyone could have. I'd travel the world over and meet as many people as I could, eat their food, sleep as they do and walk a mile in their shoes. I'd teach what life had taught me, to people ready to learn. I'd grow lavendar, walk on the beach in the rain collecting sea shells, watch sunsets,bbq every night and eat only when I was hungry, sleep only when I was tired and cry only from sheer delight. I'd always remember the ones who are no longer with us by telling their tales and ask them to look after the ones we both loved until I can be there to help. I'd share good food I made with friends, tell loud joyous stories and little white lies and laugh as often as I could until my sides hurt. Oh and lest I forget I would make more time to listen to jazz, take long baths with Mr. Bubble...very good for the soul. I think that is a good start...Doug agrees!

Barbara and I are life and work partners. We started like most people, selling our own things, then consigned a good sized Disneyana collection for a friend and now we have a growing and thriving business selling the things that capture our imagination and fill our hearts with joy. what could be better!
