I bought this copy for my sister as I already had a copy. The reason I bought her a copy to is that I found the workouts on this dvd very effective, especially the metabolism booster which I do on a regular basis.
There are five different workouts on this dvd. The Instant Booster, which is a good 10 minute warm up that can be used before the other sections.
You then have two more 10 minute workouts midriff management and the lower body workouts. These are followed by two 20 minute workouts which help burn fat and boost your metabolism.
The best thing about this dvd is that you can create your own workout as you can pick and choose which sections you want to do before you start.
Joanna is very helpful as she guides you through the various different moves, she is also encouraging asking if your doing ok on some of the exrcises.
All in all a very good dvd which suits most levels of fitness. I've dropped a dress size on this workout.
