As both a buyer and seller on ebay, i have heard a lot of stories. Both good and bad, first lets talk about the latter of the two. Nobody wants a bad exprience, i know i have and it wasnt nice. But it was sorted out and ended up being a misunderstanding. I believe if you are really honest and truthful about what you are selling then you have both a great chance of selling your item and getting a good feedback which i think is vital. You will also not have the hassle of bad communication with buyer or refunds and returns. I always aim to be honest and truthful to my buyers as i would also in return like to be treated the same way. But i also agree that we are all human and can make mistakes. Now the good part when things go the right way we tend to take it for granted and overlook at exactly what has happened. You got a good deal and it was a great bargain, but most of all you got the right item or items described honestly and a great service as promised.
