Happy Christmas & All That StuffNow I am not going to faff around with "Winterval" or "holiday celebrations" or any of that stuff. It's CHRISTMAS, so Happy Christmas. If you find Christian holidays unacceptable then please disregard ;-)17-Dec-07 10:27:52 GMTComments2
WholesalersCurious to know. Is it just my wholesalers/suppliers which are completely and utterly useless ?? Or is it the same for you sellers who sell other "stuff" ?? Most of the people in the DVD and video games wholesale and distribution industries don't seem to have any concept of how to actually run the business they are in !! It's not rocket science, get the stuff in stock so we can buy it, duh !! 11-Sep-07 10:04:39 BSTComments1
Zelda !!
What a top game !! Just finished Majora's Mask and now playing Ocarina Of Time !! Daft thing is it's a Nintendo 64 game emulated onto a Gamecube disc played on a Wii, how retro is that ??
There's some really good old games out there. Just wish I could get a Commodore 64 emulator on my Wii !! I'd be playing the Ultimas again, Paradroid and Phantasie etc.

Royal Mail Industrial Action - PLEASE READRoyal Mail are currently on strike/industrial action. Unlike previous action this seems to have been more carefully planned to cause the maximum possible disruption to mail than before. Different departments of Royal Mail are striking on different days and/or in different areas also. The effect of this is cumulative and is causing major backlogs of post across the United Kingdom. In particular the people most affected are bulk mailers with contract accounts with Royal Mail suc04-Aug-07 10:51:24 BSTComments7
Christmas Listings ho ho ho and all that stuffOk ok you're probably thinking "Christmas ?? What the heck is he on about, it's July, the silly old doofus". Employing StaffThere's only one word for it: nightmare. All I wanted was someone to do a few hours a week listing DVDs. The Job Centre is as much use as a chocolate teapot :( The calibre of people they have sent to me is unbelievable. Don't believe the hype about millions of unemployed, most of them just don't seem to want to work !! Well not round here at least :) Steve08-Jul-07 20:05:57 BSTComments6

For those of us reading this who are not in the United Kingdom last summer was blinkin' hot, very hot, in fact the hottest we've had in years. This year's is best left undescribed. Oh well there's always August ;-) Steve06-Jul-07 06:53:56 BSTComments8
