Change is always difficult. I attempt to describe the items I sell well and expect this to be appreciated. On the other hand, postage includes packaging so don't just go on what it costs to post. Thanks for all your support.
Business Information
Payment policy
I reluctantly (because of the high cost imposed) accept PayPal, including debit and credit cards via PayPal. For the UK only, I will also accept postal orders and personal cheques, but only for items under £50.
Delivery information
I will post most items anywhere in the world. Within the UK I now tend to offer second class post, which I find satisfactory. For Europe I reflect the additional cost, which I agree is scandalously high. For US, this sadly is also expensive. From time to time I offer free or very low postage - please take advantage.
Return policy
I try and describe the item for sale in detail. If I have misled you, and you are not satisfied, then please return the item within seven days. This does not normally apply to items that can be copied, e.g. software etc.
