All About MeWhat everyone should know about me
I am a half aged woodworker in the sub-tropics of Central Florida, working in a tilty little, hurricane blown shop, surrounded by a myriad four-legged reptiles (that I call newts). They are a curious lot and help keep the insect populations down.

Business InformationHistory/background
I started woodworking at the age of 15, carving thousands of shapes on the bandsaw for my aunt who would route them and/or paint on them. I got pretty proficient and started cutting names freehand. I finally got them small enough for keychains and learned to cut any letter combination so that they would not break. I did the mall show circuits for eight years with my wife, a candle carver, of 26 years, and got to travel throughout these United States where I met fascinating people everywhere.
I am now 45 and although I have worked other jobs in the past 30 years,(cook, signmaker, cabinetmaker, commercial artist, paper mill) wood dust is in my blood. I hope to one day concentrate totally on my craft and pay the bills. The internet has opened up a lot of doors to this end.
I would be happy to shoot the breeze with you if you have similar interests. Please contact me, even if you don't want to buy anything, I am always happy to share my methodology and opinions with a fellow craftsman

The Nature of Wood
Due to the nature of wood with its varying grains and colors, no two pieces are ever exactly alike.
Keychains and such that I make to order are the wood species stated in my ad, but will be of a different grain pattern and the color may be lighter or darker than the sample shown.
Other Things You Might Need To Know
Note on my Keychains; At this time I make keychains with letters only. No other shapes, symbols or numbers. The reason for this is to retain the strength of the keychain.
