For Buyers, I ALWAYS Return all left feedback on almost daily. The Reasons why I do not post feedback when payment is recieved are, 1) In 2004 I had only 2400 positive feedbacks with a 1240 feedback rating, and I had posted something 3200 for others. BIG Difference. 2) The transaction to me isn't finished until I see that my customer has what they paid for as advertised and are happy. 3) I actually left a positive for a member after recieving payment, he claimed to have a problem with his item being damaged by the postal service (he did not purchase insurance). I replaced it for free. He Claimed it happened again and then wanted to keep the item and give him a full refund also or told me he was leaving me a negative. He returned the first dvd and it was fine. So I got the negative for not paying for a positive, go figure.

Insurance is NOT included in the shipping amount. To keep shipping cost down it is optional. I package everything well, I use Pay Pal to Print all Shipping Labels to the USA. I Copy and Paste Addresses From Pay Pal payments directly to Labels outside the USA. That eliminates any error on my part of miss addressing a package unless you supply me with a BAD address. (That has happened a few times). I take all packages directly to the Post Office, they are not picked up from by mail box. Once I hand the package to the Postal Clerk, it becomes yours. If you do not Purchase Insurance, I am not reponsible for lost or damaged items. I STRONGLY Recommend you purchasing Insurance on Larger orders. I know I always do.
