All deliveries are made on our own transport from stock. Delivery charge is relative to a radius of 200 miles of Leeds, West Yorkshire and for Mainland UK only. Delivery costs will vary for some postcodes and offshore locations, to check please contact us on 01924 868387. We are open Mon-Fri between 9:00am and 5:30pm. Please note our items are bulky and heavy and our delivery driver may need a little assistance in getting your item to your property. Our drivers are a friendly bunch and will assist as far as possible but are not insured to deliver items above ground level. We will try our utmost to deliver your items on the day and time agreed but cannot be held responsible for delays due to events beyond our control such as vehicle breakdowns or extreme weather conditions. We strongly advise that you do not pre-book your plumber/fitter until you are in receipt of your items. All items will require a signature so please ensure someone is available to take delivery.

1. CUSTOMERS RIGHT OF CANCELLATION UNDER THE COMSUMER PROTECTION (DISTANCE SELLING) REGULATIONS 2000 1.1 The provisions of this condition 1 shall only apply if you entered into the Contract at a distance, using our website or telephone number. For the avoidance of doubt, the rights conferred by this condition 1 shall not apply if you entered into the Contract on face to face or otherwise on our premises. 1.2 You may cancel the Contract for any reason, but no later than seven (7) workings days after delivery of the Goods have been made. 1.3 If you elect to cancel the Contract, you must: 1.3.1 first do so in writing to us; and 1.3.2 allow us a reasonable opportunity to collect the goods.(There may be a collection charge in line with the original delivery costs for us to collect) 1.4 Whilst the Goods are in your possession you are under a statutory duty to take reasonable care of them. 1.5 We will refund the purchase price paid by you within a period of 30 days from the date of your cance
