Excellent delivery time. I ordered at around 4:30pm and recieved the chainsaw at 9:30am the next morning! Even though the pictures and some of the instructions in the manual are difficult to see or follow at times, I found it relatively easy to assemble (once I became familiar with all the parts involved). The only niggle was on starting the chainsaw. Beware that if you pull out the choke completely, it will flood the engine and will not start. Only partially pull the choke out (not completely as the instructions suggest). Once I got it to start, it ran smoothly and did the job description as required. All in all, a very good chainsaw for the price. It is not to heavy to use and ripped through 5 and 6 inch trunks easily. I am impressed with this tool and would recommend it to all who are considering purchasing one. meisalexwood
