Works for me. Amazing
0 of 1 found this helpful I've been a 4 cans a night drinker for 10-15 years drinking even more on the weekend. I would always start about 6ish just to destress after work and this became a terrible habit. I would be grouchy in the morning with no energy and I really couldn't see a way out.
I started these about 3 months ago by having 2 at midday and then 2 at 5pm. It might be a placebo but it really works for me. I still have a drink on the weekend but now I don't at all in the week which for me is amazing. I have loads of energy in work and feel so much better for it and am saving plenty of money. I'd really recommend this for anyone who was in the same boat as me. Just amazing
