Easysale’s free on-site appraisal and pick-up service is the perfect solution when you have large, bulky or heavy items to sell, or when you have too many items to bring into one of our stores.
Just schedule a pick-up appointment either online or by phone.
Payment policy
We accept MasterCard and Visa (outside of PayPal), any approved PayPal payment method (credit cards, instant transfer, eChecks, etc.) We can accept cash only in our stores for local pick-up items.
Delivery information
We ship all purchases either FedEx Express, FedEx Ground or by United States Postal Service.
Some auctions (mainly for smaller items) offer a choice of shipping services. To see the estimated cost of each service to your zip code, use the Shipping Calculator found in the auction. Larger items are shipped FedEx Ground at a flat rate (to the 48 contiguous United States) stated in the auction. We can also ship to many international destinations; please see our About Me page for more details. All shipping quotes include a nominal handling fee to cover the cost of our professional packing services. Local pick-up is also available at our North Dallas/Addison store. Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
Return policy
We do our best to describe and photograph every item accurately. However, we are not the owner of most of the items we sell, and therefore we may not be familiar with or able to test every possible function, accessory or feature. Please review the listing carefully before bidding. Items may be returned for a refund only if they were significantly not as described in the listing and photos. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA), and then return the item to us, in exactly the same condition as you received it, within 7 days after we issue the RMA. We regret that we cannot authorize any returns after the 3-day time period, to enable us to pay our consignors in a timely manner. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
