Originally Eclipse Developments were a pure refurbishment Main Contractor, until providing high quality contract furniture for projects. Our high quality, low cost contract furntiture has fimrly made us a favourite in the market and enjoy a high level of repeat business and referals. We are just at home supplying 1 piece as we are providing hundreds and will always work woth our clients to provide the best solution. We also offer a bespoke service for clients and can offer banquette (fixed) seating in any style and can also make one off pieces of furniture for you. If we cant get it we will make it. Paypal. Goods are only shipped once invoice is paid in clear funds. For other payment methods, please contact Vincent at Eclipse Developments on 01253 345455. When a client pays for goods, they accept our terms and conditions. A copy of which can be requested from us. Goods will be subject to standrd VAT rate and the Buyer is responsible for any transaction fees attributed to the item (credit card processing etc) Any fees or VAT will be clearly marked on the item for sale.

Please see individual listings for postage. All furniture is delivered via courier service (usually on a pallet - depending on numbers purchased and shipped) to roadside only and is at market rate for the delivery location. (Variable rate depending on postcode) We are only able to ship to clients within England, Scotland and Wales. Please check with us before buying if you are from outside this area. Although we aim to have goods delivered to the client within 7 days, other external factors (stock, courier availability, etc) may prevent us from doing this and the client accepts this when purchasing. A full postage cost will be sent with the invoice for payment, once the buyer has given us the full delivery address.

All goods are guaranteed by a standard 1 year warranty and covers you for any fault in the manufacturing process. This DOES NOT INCLUDE cover for normal wear and tear of the product or misuse. We will gladly provide a refund, if we are not able to rectify the problem as set out above. We can arrange collection for returned items (at clients cost), or the client can use thier own delivery service (at clients cost). Delivery costs, credit card charge and other ancillary charges will not be refunded, only the value of the returned goods will be refunded. Where possible, goods must be returned in the condition that the goods were sold in (packaging etc)
