I have contacted seller 3 times - no reply. Order delivered was supposed to be 2 x 80L they delivered 2 X 20 L for which there is not excuse. I noe need by owed 120 L by saturday this week or the whole money back and i will go elsewhere. Seller sent the incorrect length of lace. Advised the seller of the problem and was rudely “told” it was correct and laces “stretch” 20cm! Seller didn’t offer to replace as it was now “used” having taken it out of the packet. “Not fit for purpose” comes to mind. Unbelievable and very rude!

this person sent me a picture of a lace against a tape measure. I merely pointed out that if the lace was straight and not like a snake it would be the correct length unless we are taking in mm and cm. Even s a snake it still measure in their picture around 110cm were it to have been straight it would have easily been 120cm. If you behave like a fool and consider a fair correction rude, ask yourself who is at fault
