We accept Paypal payments only.
Any returns need to be completed in the resolution centre. Before returning the item you must send us a returns request so we can process the refund through all the correct channels. Any faulty items should be returned to our address below. Please include a note saying what the problem is and your details and a copy of your receipt. Ensure you get a proof of posting and the goods are adequately insured as the goods remain your property until we receive them – if they get lost in the post you will need to claim against the postal service. We will endeavour to rectify the fault as soon as possible, but may need to send goods away to be tested. We are usually able to deal with faulty goods within 10 working days (two weeks). We are happy to refund any item bought from Edge of the World as long as it is returned in new condition with all labels attached and within 60 days of purchase. We recommend that you try on footwear on a carpeted surface to avoid marking the soles.
We will only accept goods returned in a clean condition. This is especially so for footwear. It is part of health and safety law that staff are not allowed to handle dirty items. (If your last walk took you through a farmyard who knows what is on the soles of your boots!) Any dirty items will be returned to the sender at their expense or disposed of after 30 days.

Items cannot be refunded/exchanged if you do not include any paperwork.
If items are returned and we have no record of who has returned them any items left unclaimed will be disposed of after 30 days.
There may be times when you wish for an item to be exchanged to a larger/smaller size etc.. in which case extra postage costs will apply. We shall contact you regarding this via the eBay messaging service and then send you an invoice via Paypal upon your acceptance.
Sometimes postage amounts may need to be altered for shipping abroad, if this happens to you then we will notify you of this before taking any action.
