ED'S BIKES started in a large garden shed in 1997 repairing sports bikes. After a couple of years moved to our current location in Radford Nottingham. We are situated in an old Steam Mill & occupy the ground floor & vast cellar. Around January 2000 I was offered a very large quantity of classic Japanese bikes & parts, which turned out to be around 80 Tonnes in weight. This took 8 days, 15 mates & a 10 Tonne removal lorry, borrowed off a friend to shift it from where it had been stored for nearly 13 years. It took a further 18 - 24 months to sort, box & label the many parts. Some new old stock parts were amongst the stock. I am now in the process of cleaning, repainting, re-coating parts to be listed on Ebay. I am a very busy man with little time on my hands, so please only sensible questions which aren't self explanetry from the listings. Thanks ED

I accept personnel, bankers & company cheques, these are banked for 5 working days before goods are sent out. I accept paypal, & most major credit cards over the phone. Postal orders are good so is CASH, if sending cash, please send by registered money mail. I DON'T ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL CHEQUES UNLESS IN GREAT BRITISH POUNDS STERLING. I DON'T & WON'T GIVE OUT MY BANK DETAILS FOR MONEY TRANSFERS. ANY PAYMENT SENT WHICH IS NOT LISTED / ACCEPTED WILL BE SHREDDED & TOOK AS PAYMENT NOT RECIEVED as i won't waste my time or money returning it to you. My agreed methods of payment are clearly shown in each listing so there is no excuse. If this troubles you then please bid on someone elses goods. I also do not want to swap any of my goods for camels in Egypt, a Yact in the Med, a mud hut in Africa, your ugly sisters hand in marriage or your dead uncles bank account details for some scam your trying to pull. P&P prices are for what it states. POSTING & PACKAGING. Please consider i do have to buy Paper, ink cartridges, brown packing tape, address envelopes etc, time to pack the goods & time to take goods to the post office or courier. After all no one works for free and i try to keep my charges minimum by buying these packing neccesarties in bulk. I do use, recycled boxes as i am aware of the envoiroment & to tight to buy them new, which would only increase the postge cost's. So if you get your goods in an old meat pie box, don't worry i would have enjoyed the pie before putting your goods in the box. I try to pack goods the best i can & i can't be held responsible if Royal Mail break your goods. I always get proof of posting, so if your parcel is late please ring me, email me & I WILL SEND YOU A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT WITH PROOF OF POSTING & A ROYAL MAIL CLAIM FORM FOR YOU THE CUSTOMER TO MAKE THE CLAIM AS YOU GET FULL REFUND & THEY WILL ONLY REIMBURSE ME PARTLY IF GOODS ARE USED.

Goods returned must be in the packing it was sent in with the relevant paper work & reason for returning within 14 days of receipt. Goods wrongly ordered will carry a 20% handling charge so please make sure any of my items you are bidding on will fit or do the job you require of it. Thanks ED
