Having joined E-bay in June 2003 casually, we slowly became alert to our selling potential to customers from around the world. We have been trading as a business on e-bay now for 7 years. Every new customer we deal with is treated with complete respect, we only ask to be treated the same in return
Payment policy
Your choices of payment for any goods you purchase from any our listings will be individually stated in each listing. Our primary payment choice will be Paypal or Cheque from members of the UK. International payments must be Paypal only. We ask all payments to be made within 5 days of the winning purchase, every effort will be made by ourselves to assist in the completion of any sale. NO goods will be sent/posted until payment in FULL has been received. Cheques or E-cheque payments will need to be cleared before postage of any goods will commence.
Delivery information
Postage options are displayed in each listing. BUYERS MUST choose the correct postage (FOR INSURANCE) to cover the total purchase value of the goods should the item go missing in transit. Our packaging fees are £0.07 for each individual listing, postage fees will be ONLY what it will cost us to send the item to you, we make it our policy NOT TO PROFIT from posting goods. We primarily use Royal Mail for all our postal services, including international services, we maintain a receipt for every item sent as proof of postage. Our standards of postage times are one of our unique features to selling on E-bay as soon as we see a sale & payment we make every effort to make sure the winning buyer receives their goods within the shortest possible time period. We do however reserve the right to use any suitable materials to post the sale of any goods we sell. This method does help reduce our customers overall postal fees. Multiple items can be combined IF it will reduce your postage costs.
Return policy
Any buyer who wishes to return any item MUST make this decision within the 7 day period from the receipt of goods (which we will monitor). All buyers MUST pay for the return postage fees which is non refundable unless the fault is our own. A receipt of the returned postage costs MUST be maintained until we acknowledge the goods are in our posession. If returned goods are lost in the post we will not accept responsibility and buyers must make their own attempts with the postal service used to recover their own losses. Items returned MUST be in a resaleable condition.

Failure to pay
We usually wait for a period of 5 days from the ending of a listing or winning bid or a sale. If NO payment is made within this period we will open a non payment dispute case via e-bay to reclaim our losses, please remember sellers do still have to pay for every item they sell even if the buyer does not pay, these losses need to be reclaimed, unfortunately this may leave a mark against a non paying buyers identity.
Communication & Terms of Sale
A major part of E-bay buying & selling is communcation. If you are experiencing ANY problems let us know, we are usually very understanding, As with any service we will not tolerate any hostilites or threats nor would we expect you to from us. You may initially receive an invoice from us. Next you will receive a Thank you for your order confirmation from ourselves that your order is being dealt with and you will get a date of dispatch in the same email. Usually this will be enough, we believe over doing the emails can annoy the customer after the sale. We do however expect our customers to ask ALL & ANY questions BEFORE buying or bidding on any listing within our business, and before committing to the completion of sale. One final note on communication, if different language is the barrier we will do our best to make a smooth transaction and we would expect the same from the buyer.
