I have wanted to start up a business like this for a while now and when i got the oppurtunity to do it i wasnt going to let it pass me by. We are based in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK.
Payment policy
Please pay via paypal as it is the easiest, safest and fastest way to pay over the internet. Please note this is the only payment method i accept at the moment.
Delivery information
For my postage i use British Royal Mail and always use first class stamps. If an auction closes before 3:30 on a monday to saturday then it will be posted on the same day. Unfortunatly i cannot post anything on sundays and auctions that finsih on a Sunday will be posted the next day unless it is a bank holiday, then i will post to you on the tuesday.
Return policy
If you are not happy with the product you recieve then email me and we can sort out the problem that way. Please do not leave negative feedback as i am sure we could resolve the problem in one simple email. If you are not happy i will give you a full refund.
