History/background

We are a brand new company set up in 2012. Our aim is to provide brand new clothing at a fraction of the original cost. In order to do this we buy in bulk, mainly from ex-catologue stock, and try to keep our overheads/profit margin as small as we can so that we can pass great savings onto you.

Return policy

If for any reason your not happy with the product please notify us within 7 days of receipt. The item will need to be returned complete, unused and with all original tags where appropriate. The return postage will be met by the buyer. Refunds (minus postage) will only be issued once we have received the item back. We recommend using some type of recorded delivery. Please provide us with a copy of any tracking. NOTE: Royal mail considers items potentially missing 15 days after despatch. Although we do check every item before sending if you do receive a faulty product please contact us on here as we are eager to resolve the issue with you directly.
