History/background
We have many, many years experience in Mail Order and Internet Shopping (too many to mention!). All our products are tested to ensure that they meet the high expectations of our customers. We provide good quality products at reasonable prices all backed up by excellent customer service. As all our items are posted or sent by carrier they are well packaged, usually in specially designed mail order packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in tip-top condition.

Payment policy
We accept PayPal, cheques, postal orders, and bankers drafts.

Delivery information
Most of our parcels are sent out using a trackable carrier and will be dispatched within 3 working days at the latest. The few items that are posted are sent First Class with Royal Mail. The parcels are all despatched on a 48 hour service so you should receive your item up to two days after it has been despatched (not including weekends and bank holidays). If you would like us to send you the tracking number for your parcel, please ask.
