I've been doing business on eBay for several years. My feedback overall number count is low compared to my actual sales, since for years I sold on first, my son's ID, where I raised his feedback rating from 40 to over 500, and second, with two joint marital IDs, where each achieved over 500. In reality, I've probably completed closer to 10,000+ transactions to date on eBay,(and I sell on other platforms as well) with greater than 99% delighted customers, and very high numbers of repeat purchasers. It was time for me to have my own ID. elvenridge is the name of the home I live in, and the location of our elven workshop; elfWorksLane is the long driveway to the top of the mountain where all the elven activity happens. And now we have, as of November 2011, our own little shop near Vassar College. Come visit us if you are in the area. You can google us; we're also on twitter, facebook and foursquare!

Delivery information
I offer several shipping options, you choose among them. I am flexible in this department and won't let shipping carrier choices or charges be an obstacle to completing a sale.
Return policy
Returns must be pre-authorized, if I don't know it's coming back, I have no way to track. I do take returns when in same condition as when they left here. I will not refund shipping except in cases where I grossly misrepresented an item, which I don't anticipate doing, and have never done or intended to do. Buyer assumes risk of loss if opting out of UPS automatically insured packages. Buyers need to perform their due diligence prior to purchase - if there is something you need to know to be certain about what exactly it is you are purchasing, please ask. We do our best to represent items accurately, but not being an expert in every subject, we can only describe what we see. What is important to a buyer needs to be asked - and we will happily answer. We make no warranties regarding the perfect performance of an item, particularly if it is coming to you in pre-owned condition. We will make every effort to assure your satisfaction.

Leaving a negative feedback because you are unhappy about a purchase does not inspire us to further communicate.
