I started this business just over 3 years ago and I sell through out Europe, selling musical instruments. I am married with 3 children and have been a musician now for over 30 years.

Delivery information
I use parcelforce or DHL but I do use the royal mail for smaller items
Return policy
If you don't like the item then return it for a refund of the purchase price. I wont refund postage costs as you choose to return it.
If it is damaged then I normally replace the item, as long as the damage is substantiated using a digital camera.
