Delivery information
I use parcelforce or DHL but I do use the royal mail for smaller items

Return policy
If you don't like the item then return it for a refund of the purchase price. I wont refund postage costs as you choose to return it. If it is damaged then I normally replace the item, as long as the damage is substantiated using a digital camera.
