Hardware components are usually hard packaged and bubble wrapped should they be fragile. We estimate P&P fees the best we can however should we charge too much or not enough we usually upgrade or downgrade the delivery method accordingly (i.e. should we charge you too much for P&P and specified standard delivery we will upgrade the delivery method to recorded delivery and viceversa). The common rule of thumb is that we try and use common sense and honesty in our P&P service.

We accept the return of items should they be faulty and/or should they not meet your expectations. Assuming the item is returned to us in the same condition as it was originally sent to you we will refund the item in full. Please note that we will not refund any P&P expenses.
