As my items vary in weight and size, please see each individual product for the postage and packaging cost. I sometimes offer FREE Postage & Packaging on items, so check back regularly for promotional discounts. I use Royal Mail 2nd class delivery unless stated otherwise. I always obtain a proof of postage, however once posted I can not accept responsibility for lost items.

I always take great care when producing my items, however if you are ever disapointed with your purchase, I will provide a full refund upon return of the item purchased (personalised products are exempt from this, unless its a mistake on my behalf).
