After leaving school, I worked @ ‘WOOLIES’ –in theory ‘until I grow up and decide what I want to do with my life’. 40 years on and I still have not made up my mind. I have worked in the Toy & Hobby trade for over 35 years, as Rep (Meccano [Dinky], Corgi,) and as one of the people to start Hasbro in this country then as an agent selling Lima Trains, Burago, Italeri and Dragon plastic kits . We started our own import distribution business in 1996 (as seen the front page) and supplied Departmental stores, Toy and Hobby shops all over the country. My wife and I decided to slow the pace of life and activate our dormant eBay site in March 2006. I don’t think our feet have touched the ground since. For a business that by its nature [you, the customer, doesn’t physically visit] to succeed, you need to feel safe and we need to be seen to be trustworthy; offering that “feel good factor”. We felt that a business based on strong traditions of quality, value for money would ultimately grow.

Basic returns policy: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 10 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
