The proceeds of sale from my record collection (I used to be a DJ) and my work wardrobe (I used to work 9-5 and wore a lot of nice suits) have now allowed me to start my own business doing what I really want to do, and that is to sell jewellery!

The kind of jewellery I myself like to wear ranging from costume jewellery inspired by the latest design trends to sparkly sterling silver jewellery in classic, elegant styles, to exotic ethnic sterling silver jewellery from India, Nepal and Tibet, featuring unusual coloured gemstones. I am very much into jewellery making at the moment using glass beads, swarovski crystal beads, gemchips, etc. etc. My main focus is making earrings for non-pierced ears, as I do not have pierced ears myself and felt there may be other ladies out there in the same predicament. I favour screw back fittings due to the comfort and security of this type of fitting, as opposed to clip-ons. I also make necklaces and bracelets. I work in silver plated and gold plated and Tibetan silver materials. Someday I would like to learn wire work and use sterling silver, but at the moment, I am focusing on the beaded jewellery. I actually used to make jewellery when I was a kid, so it is nice to go back to a long abandoned skill. I was inspired by all the jewellery I sell, and it is so much fun doing my own designs! I like to think I follow the trends, and I am also aware that jewellery should be versatile, taking you from daytime to evening to those special occasions.

Life is never perfect, and sometimes the post can lose parcels. This is very rare, but it happens. If you have not received your parcel within 15 working days of receiving my confirmation email that your parcel has been dispatched then a claim for lost post will have to be commenced with the Royal Mail. I always retain proof of posting when I dispatch items. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your parcel then please get in touch with me by email giving all of your contact details (including telephone number). This information is required before I can make a claim to the Royal Mail. I will then commence a claim with the Royal Mail for lost post. Please bear in mind that claims can take several months to settle. I will issue a refund whilst the claim is pending. If your parcel arrives during this time I would expect you to repay the full amount. My number one priority is customer satisfaction.
