Hi there, it's lovely to see you here. Here's just a little bit of information about Emroy Jewels, a young jewellery design company based in Nottingham, England. Each item is hand crafted by me - Emma. After dabbling with jewellery making for friends and family, I decided to take the opportunity to share my enjoyment of jewellery with people like yourself - those who long for something special to sparkle and impress, without breaking the bank. Whether you order a pair of Swarovski Crystal Earrings; a precious stone bracelet; sterling silver and glass pendants; or a Swarovski pearl choker necklace, each item has been lovingly crafted by hand. Delivery information
All of my handmade jewellery is carefully gift-boxed and sent via recorded first class delivery for your peace of mind. Special delivery, or other services are available on request.

Return policy
Since all of my items are personalised I don't generally stock any beads. This means I purchase the ingredients for your jewellery to create the item especially for you- and therefore can't offer refunds unless the item is faulty or I made a mistake with your request. Please feel free to contact me with any queries though, and I will be happy to help wherever possible.
