Drive a Range Rover 4.0L V8 and had the car now for a couple of years, engine now has around 147000 miles and I thought the only thing that was tired were the Hydraulic tappets, well I bought 4 cans of ametech and pretty much adding this to fresh oil and a new filter stopped the morning rattle plus now the engine is so much more responsive. Being a mechanic by trade I done a full compression test and all were tops, starts better and engine feels tighter. I would recommend to all V8 owners as top quality gear.Thanks Ametech

Used on my 2002 BMW 2.2 6 cylinder petrol engine 520i with 110k miles. Been losing litre of oil every 900 miles which had been getting worse over the past 30K miles. Bought engine restore as a desperate long shot. Followed instructions (flush engine and oil change/service), but also got advice advice from the seller to clean the water seperator (big job in a BMW). Just driven 1000 miles and no oil loss. I'm am truely amazed and genuinely surprised. Not sure if it works on all cars but it worked on mine. Definitely worth phoning up seller for advice on your specific car before applying though. Thanks!

used this for the first time in my 54 Hudson last year then my sons Corsa and have just used it in a noisy 302 ford v8 in all cases it worked took longer in the Corsa but was almost instant in the Hudson and the ford it seems expensive for oil but when you get the results that are claimed its the best investment you can make nothing to lose try it

I brought 250ml tin of amtech and compression rate is up by about 20%25 after 1000 miles + emission test showing reduced emissions. Great stuff will use after every service to keep my engine in the best possible condition and extend it life.

Was asked to look at a 1.25 zetec engine (failed MOT emissions test), smokes on idle and pumps smoke screen out at 2500 rpm, added oil as stated, lots more smoke untill excess oil burnt off from cylinders/rings. Did about 50 miles in car then took for an MOT retest. Here are the readings Idle :- CO 0.16%25 vol Fast Idle :- CO 0.06%25 vol HC 29 ppm vol The garage could not belive it as they had quoted for a rebuild / replacement. Yes this Stuff REALLY WORKS. TRY IT AND SEE
