Here at Enigma Electrical, we are a lamp specialist, who have been in the lighting industry for over 36 years combined. We take pride in offering a loyal service to all our customers, wheather it be ebay, or our own personal customers.

Enigma Electrical has been established for over 6 years now selling to mainly wholesalers and other distributors, but now we have started to trade with the public here on ebay, and in our show room.

We accept paypal, cheque, cash when collected, and now card payments!

We process orders same day, but depending on stock, we also try and distribute same day! We also only deliver to mainland uk, any of the surounding isles will have an extra charge.

If you receive the item and for whatever reason want to exchange it, we will take it back in exchange for another item or a credit note. The only cost to you will be the postage and packing. Please note that the item must be as delivered, undamaged and complete in original packaging. In the unlikely event that the item delivered is not as described, we will replace the item without delay with the correct item, or refund you. In these cases, we'll refund the return postage costs as well. Note that in either case, you must inform us within 2 days of delivery and the items must be returned within 7 days.
