Most goods are sent within 3 working days - via first class mail, Sometimes the size or weight means it will have to be sent via standard parcel service. I do have the option to send via UPS this is great for heavy parcels as I can send up to 20kilos for £10 / this is a next working day service.

I will accept returns on all products sold ( only exception is made to order or cut to specific size goods )Even if you simply change your mind and no longer require the item purchased. You are responsible for the cost of return postage. And upon receipt of returned item in re-saleable condition I will refund the purchase price less the cost of shipping. In the unlikly event of a faulty or sent in error item i will replace or refund the total cost.
