I have been auctioning and selling on-line in my country's own auction site for sometime now. I am now inclined to branch out to Ebay. I hope to be able to serve my clients to the best of my abilities without reservation or compromise.

Paypal preferred, of course. No cash, cheque or bank wires. However, if you have payment issues, please feel free to contact me to see if we can work out another payment options

We ship via 1st Class registered Airmail through Pos Malaysia. The buyer will pay the appropriate cost of dispatch. As we are based in South East Asia, I cannot promise speedy delivery. Generally, our Air Mail Shipping takes approximately 12 to 24 working days to arrive, depending on your location. Sometimes due to postal hiccups, mail can be delayed. We hope you understand. However, I will do my best to dispatch your items as soon as payment is made, normally within 24 hours if possible. For combined items shipping, contact me via email after winning your auctions to arrange for a one-time shipping fee. Insurance is optional if the item sold is expensive. Cost of insurance will be borne by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for knowing any customs procedures and/or import duties and fees payable for his/her respective country. We do not ship to Military or P.O. addresses. We will also not ship to 3rd party account addresses

Under exceptional circumstances, I will allow a refund of an item if it was mis-described during auction. I will normally confirm the condition of the item sent to be good before dispatch. So any breakage during transit will not be entertained. In any case, if you do have a grouse, do feel free to contact us and we will try our best to resolve. After all, we are all human and make mistakes once in a while. All communication in this regard must be made through email not later than 3 days after receipt of item by the buyer. No complaints will be entertained after that.

Please contact me through the auction post. I will reply you as soon as possible. However, if you do not hear from me within 2 days, it can possibly mean that Internet connections in my vicinity are down (It has happened before!). There is every possibility that your purchased item may not arrive at your doorstep within the anticipated 14 to 24 working days. Please drop me a line to let me know. It could be delayed or possibly be lost in transit. Unfortunately, it does happen (and has happened from time to time) and is beyond my capability to know where the package is. In such cases, I will normally request that you check with your local post office with the tracking number I usually email out to the buyer after an item is shipped. If that does not help, i will resend you the item (at no cost to you) or will make a full refund to you (if i do not have the item in stock). Please do be calm in such instances. I have had buyers screaming bloody murder and not willing to listen to reason. Again, do contact me if such a situation arises, and we will resolve the issue calmly and rationally. Either way, the buyer will not lose out.. that is my promise as a martial artist.
