Very poor experience and customer service. Seller made no effort to accommodate my request for book bag to arrive in time for my son’s first day at school (it didn’t). Very disappointed little boy. Would not use again or recommend unfortunately!

Apologies. It does clearly state at the time of ordering what the estimated arrival dates are and it was dispatched earlier than that. During the back to school period we are very business and do what we can do to help but not always possible when items are ordered at the last minute.
