Non payers and excuses (heard them all)

Have been selling and buying on eBay for some years now and will continue to do so for a few more.

I only accept postal orders, paypal or cash upon personal collections. Do not send cash via the post.

I pack things well and will try to re use cardbord boxes where appropriate along with bubble wrap or poly chips. I only use brand new bubble bags for smaller items. Some items are just packed in their original box and wrapped in good quality brown paper and 3M parcel tape. When I can I will post some items before payment has cleared as long as your feedback is good and that you have been a member for sometime. Some items can be collected, but contact me to ensure collection is possible.

If the item is damaged, please contact me in the first instance.

I can be contacted using the usual eBay Message option, or winning bidders can use my mobile phone number that is sent with the electronic invoice.

As much as I try I list items as accurately as I can, in most cases I am selling on behalf of a friend or relative and will give a non biased description. Despite the comments left in my feedback by the 8 buyers who failed to pay, I am quite a nice bloke and likes to give everyone a second chance, what ever the problem may be, just send me a message. Communication is key to eBay. If you do not communicate and do not pay you should expect a non payment dispute to be rasied, this is free.
