I like customers to be happy with their purchases and will offer a full refund (minus return postage) if the item is returned unused. If the wrong size of halter has been ordered then I will exchange it providing the buyer pays postage to send the halter back and also postage for sending another out. If any repairs are needed then you can get in touch, as I can replace leather poppers & carabiner hooks and also re-knot your halter if it gets in a tangle.

All items are sent by Royal Mail first class post. If you would like recorded delivery or extra insurance on your purchase then please get in touch for costs before paying. Discount is given on multiple purchases, so if you order more than one item then again, please get in touch before paying and I will send a revised invoice.
Return policy
Items must be returned unused within seven days of purchase.

Easy-Does-It Natural Training
I take great care in the making of my halters and training lines and believe in customers getting good value for their money. I try all the items myself (with the help of my horses) before they are offered for sale. All my halters are sent packaged with instructions on how to put on the halter and tie it correctly. Putting on the halter for the first time is an important step, as done correctly you are teaching your horse his first lesson on how to work with you.
