When you submit credit card transaction information to our site online it is authorized and cleared through our payment service provider. You are automatically transferred to their site before you are prompted to enter credit card details. All payments are made securely and all card details are encrypted. Eurobatteries never see or handle your credit card details. We can make a refund to the card you used to make a purchase. We cannot add to your order or increase its value - without you re-ordering. This system is safer than ordering by phone.

We offer excellent delivery rates combined with excellent value products. Some companies offer free delivery but load up the price of the goods, so if you buy a number of items, you are paying the same postage fee each time. We charge a rate per item, on the first item only, extra quantities are free. 90% of our goods are at standard rate up to 2kg. Items over 2kg, or a few large items with special packaging, are clearly marked on our website as Category B Delivery, with the relevant extra fee shown below. Such items are always sent by courier or special delivery. Please return any faulty goods with your name, order number and reason for return clearly stated. To return faulty or incorrect items please contact queries@eurobatteries.com for a free returns label. We cannot refund postage costs incurred if returns label is not used. Items ordered incorrectly must be returned at your own cost. All items returned as faulty will be tested and only exchanged if found to be underperforming.
