When dispatching products purchased through ebay, eurostar's preferred carrier is: Interlink Express Parcels Ltd. Interlink, offer us a practical, and relaible next day courier service to all our customers. Orders received by 3PM will usually be delivered to you before 3PM the next working day. All Parcels can be tracked through interlinks website with a consigment number. Any problems with deliveries can soon be rectified.

All mobile phones are exempt from the 14-Day money back guarantee. There are also no Refunds offered for SIM Free phones. This is not a policy operated solely by Eurostar Shop but is an industry standard policy operated by all major high street retailers.... not mentioning any names! R-GOS, WULWERTHS, CAHFONEWEARHOWSE etcetc We are however a highly amicable bunch and will of course replace any faulty items and do the best to keep our customers happy! All faulty goods must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.

At e-shop, we have a stocklist of easy to remember numbers. They are divided into different categories, dependant on what makes them easy to read or remember and how the number is said.
