Return & Refund policies:- If you are not satisfied with the product, refund will be given deducting the previously paid postage charge. However, the product must be sent back to us within 14 days of dispatched date in its original condition and must be unused. Return P&P should be paid by buyer. However, return on socks, jewellerie will not be accpeted due to health and hygiene issues. As sock we sell in our shops are hand knitted so there may be not perfect as machine.
