I only sell genuine products, therefore any branded items are the genuine article - I do not sell fakes! Where I sell used items, these are thoroughly checked prior to listing to ensure that they are in good condition, I do not sell items that I would not be happy to accept myself.

Payment policy
Paypal Only.

Delivery information
All items are sent either First Class ( Recorded Delivery on request), Standard Parcel or 24h Parcel Force depending on the value/weight of the item. Postage charges are clearly stated, which include a handling charge as items have to be wrapped: (envelopes/wrapping paper/packaging tape/address labels/documents enclosed envelopes, etc.) All cost me money to purchase and transported to the post office and this all takes time & money). Please be aware it is not just the cost of the stamp! e.g., if an item weighed 200g it would cost £3.12 to post 1st class (£1.62 for the postage element, £0.75 for the Recorded Delivery element and £0.75 for packing materials). If you don't agree with the postage costs, please do not bid or leave negative/neutral comments in feedback. Please note that I normally only post items Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I do offer discounts for combined purchases, please contact me via ebay mail.

Return policy
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please contact me via the eBay messaging service within 3 days of receipt, describing the problem. Refunds are only offered if the item has been grossly misrepresented on the listing, I do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind or something doesn't fit as everything I sell is described in detail and sizes, together with measurements where applicable are clearly stated. If I have agreed to a refund, please return the item via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within 5 working days. The refund (purchase costs and outward postage) will be processed as soon as I receive the item in the original state that it was when I sent it (buyer to pay for return postage costs) and the refund will be via Paypal only.

Please feel free to ask any further questions via the Ask Seller A Question section in eBay, I will endeavour to answer questions in a timely manner (within a couple of hours), however, please be aware that I do not have constant access to my eBay account/emails. If, after I have responded to your question, you need to contact me again, please do so using the Respond to Question option in eBay Messages as if you reply from your email, I may not receive it as any emails from email addresses that my account does not recognise are placed in my Junk folder and are then deleted - sorry but with all the viruses and things that go on I never open an email unless I know exactly where it has originated!

Lost/Damaged Items
I take the time to parcel my items securely, my responsibility for transit ends at the post office, if an item is lost or damaged in transit, I will send you the proof of posting for you to chase up with the post office. Please note that the maximum compensation which can be claimed via Recorded Delivery is £39.00 (if sent 1st class), therefore if you purchase an item which is worth more than this it is recommended that you take out the additional insurance, which will be detailed either on the postage options or you can email me separately requesting the total.

If, upon receipt of your item you have a problem with it please contact me and I will do my utmost to rectify the situation, please don't just leave negative/neutral feedback as I would rather work things out amicably than receive negative/neutral feedback. Please remember, if I do not know you have a problem then I cannot do anything to try and fix it!
