Should any item reach you in a damaged or unuseable condition, it is the fault of the courier so you must either refuse the delivery and state why or mark on the delivery note the damage, otherwise refunds and returns are not permited after you have signed for the goods as in good condition. ordering the wrong product is not reason for refund, however any purchase bought and returned to us at your own expense will be refunded if unopened. With damaged items we have to have a photo of the damage emailed to us at executivepaper@googlemail.com, we then reserve the right to refund or replace. Without evidence of damage we follow ebay rules in that you must return the item, upon receipt we will revue whether to replace or refund.

Many of our items are sent using first class post, once posted the item is in the hands of the royal mail and we can accept no responsibility for slow performance by royal mail. The royal mail request 15 days before any claim for loss can be made, please allow the same amount of time for delayed post.

Whilst our courier is very good, please contact us if your purchase has not arrived after 48hrs of you receiving your despatch notification. No courier in the UK now uses the word Guaranteed in relation to any of its services, we accept no liability for any costs incurred due to delays in you receiving an item. We currently use parcel force and if you are not at home or they cannot gain access to a business address, they will normally drop your item off at your nearest post office for you to collect. We accept no laibility for any costs incurred in you having to collect your item.
