I have been an eBay member since 2001. I pride myself on upholding good eBay values and will always communicate promptly and politely and have a good feedback reputation (apart from the idiot who tried to scam me and then left me a negative feedback!).
Payment policy
PayPal is the preferred method. Personal cheque or postal orders may be accepted if contact is made first and agreed upon. PayPal is the only method of payment for overseas buyers.
Please ensure that you have your details up to date with eBay and PayPal, not doing so can result in your payment being issued to me in the form of an eCheque. Whilst I am now required to accept these you must be aware that I am legally obliged to not send your item(s) until your payment has cleared. This can take up to 14 days. Ensuring you have you have an up to date account with appropriate funding sources attached with PayPal and having a credit card on file with eBay can ensure that you do not unwittingly issue these to me and therefore receive your item(s) a lot faster.
Delivery information
I always obtain proof of posting and will forward this to you in the unlikely event of a claim, I cannot be held responsible for damages or loss in transit. P+P charges include the cost of materials and item handling as is commonplace and deemed fair on eBay. I often use recycled packaging. Please advise if you need your item delivered in new packaging.
Return policy
I do not offer returns. All my items are honestly advertised and details specified in the listing. If you feel the item you receive is significantly not as described (mistakes can happen) and the problem cannot be rectified then I may, in certain circumstances, refund minus eBay and PayPal fees. Buyer pays all return postage costs. All relevant items have their serial/ model numbers recorded at the time of listing.

Feedback policy
Please contact me if you are unhappy rather than just leaving negative feedback, I am always contactable and willing to help. I always leave positive feedback promptly once I have received it and delivery has been confirmed. Leaving feedback for me is optional but I would appreciate it as it is often the only way of me knowing the item has arrived.
Bidding
Please do not bid if you don't agree to any of the terms. I am a fair, honest and reliable eBayer and welcome any questions about my items. Please do not bid on any of the items if you do not intend to purchase. I will always pursue recovery of eBay listing and selling fees through eBay's non-paying bidder program for those who do not fulfil their part of the contract. Good luck and happy bidding!
