For UK customers we take PayPal, personal cheques and postal orders. International customers PayPal only please. For Paypal payments, we will post the item within 24 hours of receiving payment. For cheques, crossed postal orders and Paypal e-cheques, we will post items within 24 hours of payment clearing. For uncrossed postal orders, we will post within 24 hours of receiving the postal order. We always obtain proof of posting

All items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment clearing, excepting Saturday pm and Sunday closing at the Post Office. For UK customers items will be posted Royal Mail first class post unless otherwise stated. For international customers items will be posted Royal Mail Airmail unless otherwise stated. We use only brand new packaging in order that your purchase reaches you in pristine condition.

Please contact me if there is a problem ie damaged goods and the item needs to be returned. I will send out a replacement upon receipt of the damaged goods which should be returned complete with original packaging within 7 days of receipt. If a replacement is not possible I will refund the cost.I cannot be responsible for items lost by Royal Mail but will give buyers every assistance in making a claim.

All our fabric is packaged with a free lavender sachet to keep it fresh during delivery. If you do not wish to receive your free lavender sachet with your fabric for any reason, (e.g. an allergy to lavender), then please let us know at the time of purchase.
