FABRIC8E is based in Cumbria in the heart of the Eden Valley. All our fabric is brand new from a range of designers and all our fabric items are new and hand made by us.

Payment policy
For all customers we take PayPal only please.

Delivery information
All orders over £10.00 will be posted by 1st Class Recorded Delivery or International Signed For Delivery. We use only brand new packaging in order that your purchase reaches you in pristine condition.

Return policy
Please contact us if there is a problem i.e. damaged goods and the item needs to be returned. We will send out a replacement upon receipt of the damaged goods which should be returned complete with original packaging within 7 days of receipt. The cost of returning goods is the buyer's responsibility and is not refundable. If a replacement is not possible We will refund the cost of the order and the original postage fee. We cannot be responsible for items lost by Royal Mail but will give buyers every assistance in making a claim.
